1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of Clonely. By using the app you agree to them.

2. What the app does

The app generates replies in the style of somebody whose chat you imported. They are a reproduction, not guaranteed to be accurate, and they are not messages any real person sent.

3. Exchanges and Premium

Conversation is metered in exchanges; one exchange is one message you send. Every day includes a number of them for free. Premium is a subscription that raises that daily number. Exchanges can also be bought as a consumable purchase, in which case they do not expire and are non-refundable once used.

4. Auto-renewal

Premium auto-renews. Price and period are shown at purchase. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews at the same price, charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.

5. Prohibited use

Do not import a chat you have no right to, infringe anyone’s rights or privacy, break the law, or interfere with the app’s operation.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the app and its materials belong to the operator or their rightful owners.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the app or reliance on generated content.

8. Changes

These terms may be revised as the law or the app changes; material changes are announced in the app.
